Return Policy – Efeu & Blüte

Important: Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from Efeu & Blüte, you agree to the terms and conditions below.


Cancellation of Orders

Due to our automated order processing infrastructure, purchases are processed and sent to our fulfilment centre immediately after confirmation. Therefore, it is not possible to cancel an order once it has been placed.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase after receiving it, you can return it following our return policy.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Important: Returns must be requested and approved by our customer service team first. Returns made without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.

  • The reason for the return
  • Product photo (in case of damage or defect)

After approval, you will receive all the necessary instructions to proceed with the return.


Return Conditions

To be accepted, returned products must be:

  • Not worn
  • Not damaged
  • Returned in original packaging

For hygiene and safety reasons, returns are not accepted for:

  • Intimate
  • Lingerie
  • Tights
  • Personal care products
  • Items showing signs of use

Return Shipping Costs

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases:

  • The product arrived damaged
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • A wrong variant or colour was delivered due to our error

Shipping costs vary depending on the courier chosen.

We strongly recommend using trackable shipping, as we cannot process refunds for returns that are lost in transit.


Shipping Responsibility

The customer is responsible for the correct delivery of the return to our office.

Efeu & Blüte is not responsible for:

  • Returns lost in transit
  • Late returns
  • Customs delays

Returns without a valid tracking number will not be processed.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will send you an email to confirm approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within a maximum of 30 days.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 30 days, please check:

  • Your bank account
  • Your credit card company or payment provider
  • Your bank

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you have received a damaged product or a product that is different from the one you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and attach a photo of the product.

We will solve the problem with:

  • Free shipping of a replacement product, or
  • A full refund

Situations where Returns are Not Possible

We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • The product has been worn
  • The product was damaged by the customer
  • The return request was made after 30 days from delivery
  • The product was returned without prior approval

No Hidden Costs

Efeu & Blüte does not apply restocking fees, administrative fees, or hidden costs on refunds.
